"Health Coaching with Christian is one of the best decisions I have made, that honestly I didn’t think I needed. My initial goal was to simply live a 'healthier life', whatever that meant. Through the first session or two we identified goals and areas I could improve, every week we were able to identify a goal to work on or continue working on and obstacles that may come up. It was interesting to see a lot of obstacles were similar no matter the goal and just talking through them and staying accountable on a regular basis with someone knowledgeable about exercise and diet was life changing. End results were overall just feeling way better; more confidence, increased energy and I ended loosing weight just by practicing habits Christian helped discover that worked for me."
