What you do is vital to society. Each and every one of you doesn’t get enough credit for all you do. The amount of time spent learning your craft and staying up to date on the latest science is well appeciated. I know all of you care deeply about the health of each and every one of your patients. Knowing that, I am sure that you have felt fustration and sadness when you have a patient that you diagnose with something like pre diabetes and even though you have told them them what they need to do, they come in 3-6 months later and the same issues are there or the issues are worse. They knew what they had to do and never took action. Now they have full blown type 2 diabetes.

Working with a health coach like me could be the answer to this fustration/sadness you feel on a daily basis. With a partnership, the patient, you and I could be a team. We would each have an important job to do. You would write out the diagnosis and plan of action and I would support the client in taking action on that plan and the patient would have the role of changing. Its a win win win for everyone.
